coco motion, Inc. allows customers to return or exchange purchased products at their convenience. Please complete the return/exchange request form and return the product within 8 days of receiving it.

In case the size does not fit or the item is different from the image, etc.

We accept returns only within 8 days of receipt. Please use the return/exchange request form. If the return is for the customer's own reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost of shipping from our company.

If there is a problem with your rental or purchased product

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different from the ordered product, we will return or exchange it as soon as possible upon your request. Please notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt. After the procedure is completed, we will provide you with information on how to return the item.

Conditions for non-return/exchange

If the customer fails to request a return or exchange within 8 days after the product arrives at the customer's location
If you return the merchandise by a method other than the method specified by us.
In the case of products sold under special conditions, such as a non-returnable coupon
Orders that are marked as non-returnable on the product page or campaign page, etc.
