Rental and Purchase Reservation Application and Reservation Execution

Please apply for a rental using the application method specified by coco motion (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
Customers who wish to rent or purchase from the Company must agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions of the Company's Rental Agreement. The contract of use will be concluded upon completion of payment.
*Applications must be made at least 20 days prior to the date of use. (Applications received after that date may be cancelled. Please apply as early as possible.)

Reservation changes for rentals and purchases

Cancellations after a reservation has been made will be subject to the following change or cancellation fees. Cancellation from 90 days to 15 days prior to the date of use will be charged 40% of the rental or purchase fee. Cancellation from 90 days to 15 days prior to the reserved date will be charged 40% of the rental or purchase fee. Cancellation 14 days to 7 days prior to the use of the room will be charged 70% of the rental or purchase price. Cancellation 6 days to the day of the event: 100% of the rental or purchase fee

Setting up your e-mail address

We will send you important notifications, such as notifications of rental items shipped, by e-mail to the e-mail address you registered when you applied for the service.

Returns and Late Payments

We will ship your rental or purchased items to the shipping address you specify. Please return the rental set within 3 days of the completion of the coming-of-age ceremony, including the day of use. Please use the enclosed return slip to ship the rental items. The postmark must be postmarked no later than 3 days after the date of use, so please send the items within this time frame. Please be careful not to send any of your personal belongings by mistake when you return the rental items. We will pay on delivery only if you use the return shipping slip. If you use other slips, the shipping cost will be prepaid and you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Please understand this. If you miss the return date, you will be charged a late fee. If the overdue date is between 1-10 days, a separate late fee of 33,000 yen will be charged. Please pay the late fee by bank transfer (bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer). In case of overdue payment for 11 days or more, the customer is required to pay the overdue fee. If the item is overdue for 11 days or more, we will ask you to purchase the item up to the manufacturer's set price for the rental item. Please note that in addition to the above, if the item is overdue for 11 days or more, the customer will be required to compensate the Company for any damages incurred by the Company due to the overdue rental. Please return the garments as is, as we will take care of ironing, cleaning, and other maintenance after the garments are worn. Please wipe off any spills or spills while wearing the garment by dabbing lightly without rubbing. We will not charge you for cleaning stains and dirt caused by normal use, but we may charge you the actual cost of damage for loss, destruction, damage, or severe soiling.

Cancellation of Rental Contract

We reserve the right to cancel the rental contract in the following cases. We will not pay any compensation for damages or any other monetary compensation for termination of the contract. (1) In the event that the Company is unable to deliver the goods reserved by the customer due to natural disasters such as earthquakes and bad weather, communication line failures, or other force majeure. (iii) When the Company determines that the rental of goods to the customer will adversely affect the Company's business operations or cause inconvenience to other customers.

Miscellaneous

Any matter not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through good faith consultation between the Company and the customer. Although we take every precaution to ensure that our products are safe, we may ask you to change the contents of your application due to unforeseen circumstances. *If the customer is a minor, the consent of a parent or guardian is required. Therefore, a parent or guardian must fill out a consent form in order to sign the contract. There is a possibility that the actual product may differ slightly in color from the photograph in the catalog or on the website. Please understand this.
